The Profile Builder

Creating a comprehensive profile is a crucial first step to enhance your inqli experience. The more information you provide in the About Me, Skills, and Interests sections, the better our AI algorithm can connect you with people who either need your assistance or can offer their help.

• About me: Introduce yourself to your workspace or community. Share your background, career journey, and interests. Highlight the unique experiences that shape your individuality. Hint: you can copy and paste your Linkedin bio or HR profile!
• Skills: Add the skills you have acquired both in your professional and personal life.
• Interests: Tag the topics that captivate your curiosity and the subjects you'd like to explore further.
• Values: Tag what values matter most to you.

Topics

Topics can only be created by admins.

You can follow/unfollow topics and you can also choose to ask questions within specific topics.

Asking with the Question Builder

1. When asking a question, provide a brief, descriptive title and details for context if needed.
2. Select “search” to see if similar or related previously asked questions can help.
3. If you don’t find what you’re looking for, click “ask question” to access the question builder.
4. Use the toggle to select “ask anonymously” if you’d like.
5. Select your topic. (optional).
6. Provide a brief, descriptive title, along with the details of your question.
7. Additionally, specify if the knowledge you’re seeking is “information” or “insight.”

• Information: Choose this option when you need a step-by-step approach to tackle a straightforward task.
